Grilled meats- whether on the BBQ or an indoor grill will become an entirely new taste experience if rubbed with olive oil and herbs before cooking. Brush vegetables before grilling as well for a delightful taste.
Greek Roast Potatoes, always a favourite. Simply peel potatoes, cut into quarters,add sea salt, pepper, fresh herbs, lemon juice and olive oil. Toss to coat and roast until tender on the inside and wonderfully crisp on the outside.
Grilled salmon on a bed of fresh steamed vegetables. Sprinkle some sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, a few drops of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
Tzatziki- the timeless dipping sauce. Simply mix one cup of plain Greek yogourt with half a cup of shredded cucumber, 1 clove of minced garlic, a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp. dried dill, 1 tbsp. olive oil and mix. Top it off with a few drops of olive oil.
What could be easier than a
traditional Greek salad? Tomatoes, onions, olives, cucumbers and feta cheese. Finish with a pinch of dried oregano and olive oil.
Bruschetta-A fresh olive oil should be eaten fresh, not cooked. Lightly toast some hearty bread, add diced tomatoes, olives and some shaved cheese. Drizzle with Grecian Harvest olive oil and enjoy
